KEITH LAMBERT
PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)
Keith grew up in Moultonboro, NH and graduated top of his class at Salve Regina. He has 30 years of experience in the car insurance industry. He has worked in all aspects of the industry from Chrysler Capital, Commercial Insurance companies, as well as other F&I Agencies. He has held positions from Account Representative, Account Executive, and Vice President. Sixteen years ago, Keith decided to start his own company to use his knowledge of the industry to better serve all of our dealer partners. Keith has been an active President and CEO ever since.
KELLY LAMBERT
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)
Kelly graduated from Westfield State University with a BS in Business Administration and Management. Kelly has worked in the Healthcare industry for 19 years holding various positions as Managed Care Manager, IT analyst and most notably Senior Financial Analyst. Since her time at Dealer Income Development, she has allowed for drastic growth using her financial acumen.
BILL SHACKFORD
REGIONAL MANAGER
Bill Shackford graduated from University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor's in Business. He then delved into the car industry working for various Honda, Chevrolet, and independent stores across Maine. He has held positions as Sales Associate, Sales Manager, F&I Manager, General Sales Manager and General Manager. Currently, for the past 16 years, he has held various positions with the company and is currently the regional manager for Dealer Income Development looking over southern Maine & Vermont.
KODY LAMBERT
OUTSIDE DEVELOPMENT - ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Kody Lambert is originally from Poland, ME, and currently resides in Hampton, NH. He graduated at the top of his class from Royal Academy, earning a 3.8 GPA. Kody has built a strong career in the automotive industry, holding a variety of positions throughout the years. Most recently, he worked with Volkswagen of St. Augustine in Florida, where he specialized in sales and customer relationship development. After several years in Florida, Kody returned to New England and joined Dealer Income Development as a Business Development Executive.
DAVID ZIROLI
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
David began his automotive career over 35 years ago when he owned and operated one of the largest reconditioning shops in the area. In the late 90's he was hired to run the reconditioning shop of a new Honda dealership and has since held many positions throughout his tenure. In 2001, David was recruited by Enterprise Rent-A-Car to manage their used car inventory. It is there, David met his wife of 17 years. He has held many positions at various dealerships. He has specialties in Buy Here Pay Here as well as financing. David resides in North Providence, RI with his wife and two children; one 15 year old boy and one 13 year old girl.
MACKENZIE HEY
OFFICE MANAGER
MacKenzie is a graduate of the University of Maine at Presque Isle, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. With several years of management experience and a strong background in team leadership, she plays a key role in supporting administrative operations. Known for her attention to detail and organizational expertise, she excels at streamlining processes, enhancing workflow efficiency, and maintaining accurate, compliant office practices. MacKenzie is dedicated to fostering a professional, structured environment that supports both operational excellence and team success.
